Deep Rejuvenation
"I want longer-lasting, deeper results — without going under the knife or committing to surgery."

Deeper results. Your biology doing the work.

PDO Thread Lift, PRP Facial, and Platelet Rich Fibrin — regenerative treatments that trigger your body's own collagen production and tissue renewal. Results that build over weeks and last far longer than surface treatments.

Skin laxity and sagging in the lower face and neck that injectables alone no longer address
Persistent dullness, uneven tone, or texture that surface treatments haven't fully resolved
Loss of skin elasticity and firmness across the face and décolletage
Wanting meaningful, lasting improvement without the recovery, risks, or permanence of surgery

Do you recognize yourself?

Skin laxity and collagen loss have specific causes. And specific solutions that go deeper than surface treatments.

Deep rejuvenation treatments work by stimulating your body's own repair and collagen-production pathways — producing results that continue to develop for weeks after treatment, and last for months to years.

↘️
Skin Laxity & Sagging

Softening of the jawline, jowling along the lower face, or a developing 'turkey neck' where skin has lost its attachment to underlying tissue and descended. Requires mechanical lift or deep collagen stimulation to address.

🪢
Loss of Skin Firmness & Elasticity

Skin that used to snap back after pinching, and now takes longer to return. New elastin production can be stimulated through PRP and PRF growth factor therapy. Patients describe the result as 'my skin feels tighter from the inside.'

Persistent Uneven Tone After Surface Treatments

Patients who've done multiple HydraFacials and peels and still have persistent concerns often respond significantly to PRP or PRF because the growth factors reach the dermal layer where the underlying issue resides.

☀️
Advanced Sun Damage & Photoaging

Years of UV exposure that have produced structural damage to the dermis — loss of collagen, disorganized elastin, and impaired cellular renewal. PRP and PRF stimulate the dermal repair processes that correct this damage at its source.

Lower Face & Neck Laxity

Jowls, the submandibular region, and the neck — where gravitational change is most visible. PDO Thread Lift is specifically designed for these areas, providing mechanical lift while stimulating lasting collagen response.

Wanting Longer-Lasting Results Without Surgery

Patients satisfied with injectable results but wanting something that lasts beyond 3–4 months — and not ready for facelift surgery. PDO threads last 12–18 months with a collagen effect that continues beyond thread dissolution.

Deep rejuvenation is not for everyone.

It requires a physician assessment to determine whether the degree of laxity or skin concern is appropriate for these treatments vs. surgical correction. We'll give you an honest answer about what's achievable non-surgically and what isn't.

Regenerative aesthetic treatment at IUVENTUS Las Vegas
Why does this happen?

Collagen loss and skin laxity are biological processes. Regenerative medicine activates the processes that reverse them.

Collagen production peaks in the early 20s and declines by approximately 1% per year from the late 20s onward. By 50, most people have lost 25–30% of the collagen present at their peak. Elastin, the protein that gives skin its snap and recoil, is not regenerated after adulthood under normal circumstances — though growth factor therapy can stimulate new elastin production. The combined effect is the gradual loosening and descent of facial tissue that characterizes aging.

Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) and Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF) harness your body's own regenerative capacity. Blood is drawn, centrifuged to concentrate the platelets, and the resulting growth-factor-rich preparation is applied to or injected into the skin. These growth factors (PDGF, TGF-β, EGF, VEGF, IGF-1) directly stimulate fibroblasts — triggering a wound-healing response that produces new structural tissue without the actual wound. The effect is a genuine increase in dermal density and collagen architecture.

PDO Thread Lift operates through a dual mechanism. The physical threads, inserted under the skin with fine needles, provide immediate mechanical lift by anchoring tissue in a more elevated position. Simultaneously, the threads trigger a sustained inflammatory response along their entire pathway — a controlled response that stimulates collagen synthesis for 6–12 months after the threads have fully dissolved. The result is both an immediate structural lift and a longer-term collagen-remodeling effect.

What we assess before recommending deep rejuvenation

Degree and distribution of skin laxity · Skin thickness and quality · Prior aesthetic treatments and timeline · Medical history and contraindications · Whether surgical correction would produce a meaningfully better outcome — and if so, we'll tell you.

Treatment Options

Three regenerative treatments. Physical lift, cellular regeneration, and next-generation growth factor therapy.

PDO Thread Lift provides immediate structural lift for skin laxity. PRP Facial stimulates collagen through concentrated growth factors. PRF is the next generation of PRP — slower-releasing, more concentrated, and producing deeper tissue remodeling. Your physician will determine which approach is appropriate for your skin and goals.

Not sure which one? We'll guide you after reviewing your bloodwork.

🧵
Non-Surgical Lift
PDO Thread Lift

Polydioxanone (PDO) absorbable surgical threads inserted under the skin via fine needles to physically lift and reposition sagging tissue. The closest non-surgical equivalent to a facelift for patients with genuine skin laxity.

Immediate mechanical lift at time of procedure — results improve as collagen builds over weeks
Threads dissolve over ~6 months; collagen stimulation sustains results to 12–18 months
FDA-approved procedure — face, neck, jowls, brow, décolletage, and body areas
Body applications: buttocks, knees, elbows, stomach, arms, and legs — same 30-min session
PDO Thread Lift
🔬
Regenerative
PRP Facial

Platelet-Rich Plasma extracted from your own blood and applied via microneedling or direct injection. Concentrates your platelets to 3–5x normal blood concentration — delivering growth factors directly into the dermis to stimulate fibroblast activity and collagen synthesis.

Blood draw → centrifuge → PRP applied via microneedling system to trigger collagen synthesis
PRP activates skin cells, restores collagen, and encourages growth of new blood vessels
Results build progressively over 4–6 weeks; full effect at 3 months
Series of 3 treatments (monthly) — effects may last over a year
PRP Facial

Advanced PRP
Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF)

Next-generation evolution of PRP — prepared without anticoagulants to produce a fibrin matrix that releases growth factors slowly over days and weeks. This sustained release allows growth factors to work at a deeper, more sustained level, producing denser, more durable results.

Higher growth factor concentration than standard PRP — 3x per unit volume
Fibrin scaffold creates 7–14+ day slow-release depot vs. hours with standard PRP
Additive-free — no anticoagulants, prepared from your own blood only
Also used for hair loss and scalp regeneration — stimulates follicle activity
Results begin at 2–3 weeks and peak at 4–6 months as deep collagen continues

The research is clear

These treatments produce structural change. Results that deepen over weeks and last for months.

Regenerative aesthetic treatments work on a different timeline from surface treatments — and the results they produce are different in character. Rather than temporarily plumping or smoothing the surface, they stimulate the body to produce new structural tissue: collagen fibers, elastin, and vascular networks that didn't exist before treatment. This is why results build progressively and last significantly longer than injectable treatments.

★★★★★

"I came in wanting a surgical facelift alternative. My physician mapped out a combined protocol: PDO threads for the structural lift, PRF along the jawline for the collagen depth, and PRP facials monthly for the skin quality. Six months in — I look genuinely younger without anyone being able to tell I've had anything done."

"My skin had started to look tired in a way that moisturizer couldn't fix. PRP facials addressed the dullness and texture. What I didn't expect was how significant the improvement was — after three monthly sessions my skin had a quality I associate with being much younger. Natural, progressive, and still getting better."

"PDO thread lift for my jowls and neck. I was in and out in under an hour with local anesthesia — no surgery, no general anesthesia, no recovery week. The immediate lift was real. Six months later it's still there and the collagen the threads stimulated has improved the overall quality of the skin around the lift area too."

Common Questions

Everything you
want to know.

A surgical facelift repositions and removes excess tissue under general anesthesia — producing the most dramatic and permanent result available. A PDO Thread Lift achieves meaningful lift through dissolvable threads inserted under local anesthetic, with 3–5 days of recovery rather than weeks. The thread lift is appropriate for patients with moderate laxity who want a meaningful improvement without surgery's permanence, recovery, or risk profile.
PRP has a substantial peer-reviewed evidence base for skin rejuvenation — it is not a trend. The mechanism is well understood: concentrated growth factors stimulate fibroblast activity, increasing collagen and elastin production in the dermis. Results are not immediate (they build over 4–6 weeks) and are not as dramatic as surgical intervention — but they are real, measurable, and cumulative with repeated treatment.
PRF is the next generation of PRP. The key difference is how it's prepared: PRF is centrifuged at lower speed without anticoagulants, producing a fibrin matrix that releases growth factors slowly over days and weeks — rather than all at once as with PRP. This sustained release produces deeper, more durable tissue remodeling. PRF also contains a higher concentration of growth factors and leukocytes per unit volume than standard PRP.
PDO Thread Lift typically requires 1–2 sessions. PRP Facial produces best results with a series of 3 monthly treatments, followed by annual maintenance. PRF is typically 2–3 sessions. Your physician will assess your starting point and goals and give you a realistic treatment plan with a clear timeline for results.
PDO Thread Lift involves the most recovery — mild swelling, bruising, and a feeling of tightness for 3–5 days. Most patients take a few days off social activity but can work normally. PRP and PRF produce mild redness and possible swelling for 1–2 days. We provide detailed aftercare instructions and are available for follow-up questions throughout recovery.
Yes — regenerative treatments and injectables are not mutually exclusive. In fact, they're often complementary. Threads provide structural lift that fillers can't achieve; PRP/PRF improve skin quality that injectables don't address. We'll assess your existing treatment history at consultation and design a plan that builds on rather than conflicts with your prior treatments.
